Monthly Healthcare Plan
The clinical team will develop a personalised monthly healthcare plan for you and your unique medical needs. To ensure your plan works effectively, we will schedule monthly check-ins to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your healthcare plan.

Streamlined Delivery
Once your healthcare plan has been approved, we coordinate secure and efficient delivery. All healthcare items are sent in discreet, professional packaging to protect your privacy. Apex prioritises your comfort, convenience, and confidentiality throughout the entire process.

A Continuous Program
We simplify the consultation process, handling all applications on your behalf. All appointments are conducted remotely via online platforms and over the phone, making access to care as seamless as possible.

What conditions qualify patients for natural therapy through Apex?
We are currently accepting veterans with accepted pain conditions.
Do I need any referrals to begin treatment?
No referrals are necessary! We handle the entire process from the start.
What if my pain isn't listed as an accepted condition on my healthcare status?
If you are a veteran experiencing chronic pain and/or injury but do not have this condition recognised as accepted, we can help connect you with a service that can assess your eligibility to have your status updated.
Is the process different for White Card and Gold Card holders?
Yes, Gold Cards cover the costs of RPBS prescriptions for pain conditions. If you hold a White Card, you will need to review the accepted conditions for which you can receive treatment, which can be found on your MyGov app.
How much does it cost to use Apex services?
Our healthcare service costs are completely covered by the DVA for veterans affected by chronic pain (gold and white cardholders). The DVA will cover all medical costs and the costs of the healthcare plan. There are no out-of-pocket costs, from start to finish.
Do I need to continue seeing the doctor if I am approved funding for my treatment?
As part of our pain management program, you will have check-ins from our complete clinical team, including monthly calls with your doctor, nurse check-ins, and calls with our care team. At Apex, we want to provide a comprehensive and holistic management program to all veterans. As such, these check-ins are vital in providing you with the best care possible.
